Tribble, beloved mascot of Pat Nalls and Nalls Aviation, seems to have trouble resisting toys on display in stores. After being scolded for just taking a toy at a supermarket last month, he took another toy while the team was on tour in Canada. The toy and Tribble were seen together at the check-out counter.
“I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to take it,” Tribble said in dog-talk. “It followed me home. I believe it was calling my name.”
“I have no idea when he picked it up,” said Pat. “He seems to just slip in, and slip out – with a toy in his mouth!”
Local authorities were not amused, by the furry critter. After a quick check of his license, they released him to Pat’s custody, with a stern warning. “We have our eyes on you!” they said as he went outside to relieve himself.
