Nalls Aviation is proud to announce that we now have 2 MORE qualified L39 Pilots! Jenna Dolan and Charlie VandenBossche successfully passed the intense and detailed examination for an type rating in the sleek jet.

The Nalls Aviation crew stood by to make sure both of these candidates had nothing to do, but focus on the exam and checkride. The airplane was fueled, positioned, and ready to go when they were. The weather was perfect. The low clouds and threatening rain from the previous day had all blown through. The only obstacle was the Young Eagles were conducting their flights and the pattern was clobbered! At one time, there were six airplanes in the pattern with the L39 trying to squeeze in Simulated Flame Out (SFO) steep approaches! That’s a challenge in itself!

Once the solo flights were done and the airplane back in the barn, the whole crew took some time for a cookout and celebration, well into the night. Jenna and Zach were up and at it at 4:00 am the next day to get back home and back to work.
